An old FWB had a picture of me on his phone after climbing this damn thing last year! Heart healthy walking, but walking gets tiring! Maybe I did bang my head pretty hard against a car window not so long ago!

GREAT video. I live in Gastonia, 5 minutes from the park. We just love being so close. The park is actually in the city limits of Gastonia on the far west side of town, but has a Kings Mountain address. Thanks so must for posting!
