Great work on your part Pete! I was loving the concept behind this project but is it just me or does that guy give off a shady vibe. 🤔 . Especially when you asked the SEC question, which was an awesome question btw, I didn't like the way he handled the question very much. It's not exactly the words that he said, it was more the way he said it. Kinda sounded like a sleazy car sales guy when you go in looking for a new car to gift and they only have a used version of the car you're looking for and he says "this one is brand new just been driven a little bit, you and I know that but you know it's brand new " like wtf that just raises some flags for me in my personal opinion.

I wouldn't say shady, but that needs to be clarified for sure. A lot of projects use the uniqueness of NFTs as a collectable art piece to be able to classify themselves as something else, but for me, it needs to be made clear from a legal standpoint. I'm sure CJ will clear that up before the mint. If it is a concern for you and others, then use that knowledge as a factor before participating in the NFT sale.

@@LearnCardano yeah you are right there as well, I have noticed some similar patterns from that aspect in so many projects and for the exact reason I have chose to still just stickk to my good Ole tokens for now although I do still keep a close eye on NFTs because I am confident eventually there will be those nft projects that will revolutionize the game unlike anything we can yet imagine!
