Thank you, dear. I'm not surprised your crown is that long with the care you put into your haircare. I really love to see the smile on our women's faces when they are amazed at their new length...Yes, we can do it and it's downright beautiful!

About the heat and the shower cap...daaaaang! 😱 I'm one who ALWAYS wears a shower cap. No reason just habit. My hair could be hit up and I wear one.😂 I'm going to try going without it for a while and see if I notice a difference. Thanks a bunch!

The crown of my head the hair is coarser. I have to give it extra tlc & add a lil more leave in & grease to keep it smooth & moisturized...especially the ends. My crown is doing really well. I keep it clumped together.

Gurl........ You have no idea how long I have been waiting for these tips:) The one about no shower cap in the shower, starting that tomorrow. My hair is long but not long enough to cover my very thin crown so can I wrap my twist around the very thin twist in the crown to cover it? I keep my hair in a silk scarf ALL THE TIME so praying that the no shower cap will make a huge difference. PS: I had a silk scarf with a huge tear and ragged ends but I finally had to throw it away:) Love your videos and your personality:)

I have noticed upon using certain hair greases that it has caused my scalp a lot of problems a lot of flaking in a lot of buildup so I transition from using grease on my scalp to using natural oils and I found that I don't have the build up my scalp is free to breathe and I don't have the itchiness as well have you ever found to have this problem with certain hair creases?

Mrs M, first I want to say thank you for all the knowledge you're giving us. You're an angel, but I have a question when you wear the scarf. It's permeable, so your hair will get wet everytime you shower because I normally use my shower head not handheld shower. Now is that okay to have your hair get wet everytime you shower. That's like rinsing it, I remember in previous videos you mention hair will congel with the grease and that's not good for the hair. I need your help cause you're very right I couldnt understand why my hair was so rough and have baldspot in the crown.

Another great video MM...I really appreciate all your help. Question: Regarding the shower cap (and I recently started NOT wearing one in the shower or bath - just my scarf depending if I want to preserve my hairstyle...), what about when we wear it under the hairdryer? Is that causing damage? This is when I am deep conditioning my hair. I wear the kind of cap that blows up and it attaches to my hand held dryer... Hey it's all good that you want to include all of us to reach 30 inches by the end of the year - even though I am at like 4 to 6 inches, lol! IDK....but my hair is short.
@mrs.mississippi5035
@mrs.mississippi5035 3 жыл бұрын
Hi, Deep conditioning with a shower/plastic cap doesn’t harm because the hair is wet. Using the shower cap with dry hair creates the problem because the heat is drying the hair out more and more. Due to being in management and having to talk amongst a group, I developed the habit of saying “we”. 😃
@marianb2530
@marianb2530 3 жыл бұрын
@@mrs.mississippi5035 😄...re the "we!" Oh, that makes a lot of sense regarding the shower cap. I never thought of that. There was a time when I kept cornrowing the front of my hair, and box braiding the back of my hair...and then pulling it up in a ponytail (this is all with my natural hair), and I exp. Breakage on the crown. I had to give it a break...so I see what you mean. Thank you!

Is it ok to wear a shower cap while steaming my hair or steam without any type of cap? Thanks for the tip I always wear a shower cap during showers and am struggling with thinning in my crown area as well as my edges; the cap could be the cause.

Yahuah/God told me to warn the flock Ezekiel 3:17 17 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. 18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. 20 Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 21 Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.
