Using this as the basis for my Coronation cake for our street party - thank you so much! I am, however, having a real struggle getting the piping right for edging the pieces. I know you are a professional, so you make it look easy and effective! My piping either just runs into itself or is so stiff that it leaves peaks on every bobble. Any advice from anyone gratefully received!
