Someone has brainwashed you if they said you could be addicted to cannabis! It works beautifully with a chemical compound found in your brain (endocannabanoid) to help you deal with depression and anxiety - you just probably need a better strain. People all over the globe consume marijuana on a daily basis for well-being. Or if you aren't comfortable with the blissful mental effects you could just switch to non-psychoactive CBD. But please be aware, the truth is that prescription medications are absolutely toxic and 100% addictive in comparison! I hope you get some comfort 💝

So you have to meditate for 3 hours? I haven't been able to meditate more than 5 or 10 mins at a time after developing long covid (it fried my imagination, makes it so difficult to visualize stuff 💔). Is it ok to listen to this track to help sleep?

My advice...dont pressure yourself, dont try to force imagination to come up...just listen to this music in a comfy place, warm and sheltered, relax and let yourself drift away by the sound. Let go of any pressure what so ever. All the best ❤

Relax and take some full spectrum cbd or anything with a cannabis tincture or any kind of cannabis gummies or edibles always helps to completely relax the mind and body . Hope the suggestions help you while trying to meditate especially to stuff like this .
