no that is wrong with out the 1835 document there would be no 1840 document so the 1835 document was signed on the 28th of october this day is very important to our history as it was the very first democratic process in our country this was a gathering not just by the names on the document also by many other chiefs who would vote yes for the immigration of settler into there territories this process was entered into the house of lords by the king of England as the Declaration of the independence of New Zealand which passed 3 readings it was then entered into the house of commons which passed there readings and then ratified as the first legally binding and founding democratic document [ AKA ] legislation to this country and also gave recognition to the first selection of an executive council to legislate laws this document then spent the next 5 years travelling to other countries informing them that New Zealand is now part of the imperial relm now the 1840 signing has nothing to do with England none of our documents do apart from sharing law and backing us up should we need it now the 1840 document was a treaty between the warring tribes make peace sign this document get settler as simple as that the only pakeha signature was the witness to the treaty now here is the mind blower maori DID NOT SIGN THOSE TREATYS tangatawhenua signed them maori is a made up word forced upon our people in the 1960/70 the true meaning to that word is maa ori to sound that word you drag the first 3 letters maaaaa and you say the last 3 real fast ori which means white origins which brings me to another important factor in our history each of those chiefs who signed these documents would give there eldest daughter to the highest ranked pakeha who settled in there territories as a union of 2 tribes to teach our people about the evolution of civilisation and it was there children who would later become known as maori half white half tangatawhenua and these were good people and this is how you would find the first settlers in this country now the enemy of tangatawhenua were not the settler they were the academic society who has ultimately rewritten history to suit the views and ideology of the governing institutions to this very day

It is ironic that any group lays claim over the land. In conflict, the victors lay claim to the spoils and write history to emphasise rights. Any previous inhabitants prior to Maori arriving, and there is evidence to prove their existence, were unprepared for the violent warrior based tribal settlers and disappeared into the sands of time. In reality, none of us own the land. It become a legal right in the mind of mankind rather than acknowledge equality for all.
