Crown Of Montenegro Xtreme Triathlon
In 2021, I had the great opportunity to be part of the Media Team of the Crown Of Montenegro Xtreme Triathlon.
This challenging triathlon takes place in the beautiful Durmitor National park of Montenegro.
Durmitor is situated near Žabljak, which is the city with highest altittude on Balkans, on northwest part of Montenegro and with 48 peaks higher then 2000 meters and 18 glacier lakes. The swimming segment of the race takes place in the Devils lake. Participants swim 2 laps of 950 meters in the lake, which temperature in summer months is between 18 and 22 degrees. Bike segment of the race is a well-known route of Durmitor ring. Athlethes have the chance to enjoy all the beauties of the mountain range while completing 92 km of bike ride with 2150 meters of elevation. The running part starts at the Devils lake. Athlethes run near Fish Lake, monumental medieval tombstones called Stećci, continuing towards Black and Snake lakes, through Ivan Do, finishing at the Black Lake. During the 21 km run, a total of 480 m of elevation is completed.

The Race was so tough for me. I cant remember many of the sequences of the Race. I thank Kristijan (the Organisator) for "waiting" for me. I many thank my Wife for capturing, recording and producing this beautiful Video. You did a great Job again. THANK YOU SO MUCH. . .
