Crown RM 6000 Series Reach Truck

With the simple press of a button on a wireless transceiver glove, order selectors can remotely advance the truck to the next pick location without having to return to the operator's compartment; allowing them to instead remain in the optimum position for picking. I used to drive one of these with double reach, but not one with the single mast, it had a glass pane in the front. Best controls vs Raymond for sure, the joystick does the job of everything except steering! I was referred to as Speedy Scott because I could instantly control the height of the forks and get a pallet down lol

We use reach trucks in our warehouse for furniture picking. Furniture is too large to place in the cherrypicker aisles, so we have double-wide aisles that we use the reaches to pull the furniture down with.

I'm looking for employment in the warehousing industry before the end of May this year, and have been getting some informal training prior to taking an OSHA operator certification. I need to know what I'm going to be doing when it comes to the machines that I'm likely to be operating, and this might be one of the models I'll encounter. Any good instruction videos?
