I might be taking a bit of creative liberty here, but the title suddenly clicked for me and suddenly the song changed to me. Anybody remember the supposed Native American tale about the two wolves that live inside? One is good and great and the other is dark and evil. So guys, I just wanted to share a quick story with you. When these guys got put on their first headlining tour, their first stop was Toledo. So, I went. and they were unbelievable. David Escamilla, (the screamer), made a quick speech about depression, and self-loathing before they played this song. After the show, I met them, and my girlfriend had been struggling with self-harm. Well, I shared this to David, and he made me a video to show her. He is such a great guy. Huge respect to the band.
