I can’t stand Crown. I took my mum there for her birthday to see Pink and they had lost our booking and in noway were helpful. That one bad time has put me off the hotel and casino for ever.

I can understand the way you feel I would be mighty angry myself if that had happened to me.

Back then I couldn’t afford to stay there and saved up for 6 months just to surprise my mum for her birthday. Even pulling up to the main entrance she had no idea. Took us 2 hours to get things worked out, ended up getting put up at the Marriott hotel and a free upgrade to an executive room.

So it sort of worked out in the end. Just the Crown wasn't very helpful.
