Crown Vic fixing hidden body damage

Your Vic may have pitted vehicles or been in a wreck when it was in service. They may have patched it up and put it back on the road with a clean "carfax." Mine had hidden damage suggesting perhaps a pit with the passenger front. I show you how I fixed it cheaply with kydex, bondo, and epoxy.

I used a piece of an old computer chassis panel to repair mine after I hit a deer in the summer of 2022. Reassembled what I could of the fiberglass header panel and traced it onto the metal, made cutouts with a holesaw, and bolted it into place.

Awesome repair, you can use PVC cement to bond Kydex together, or super glue gel. 👍
