i’d recommend if you want the glitch badge use backdoor and have 1 person wait behind until they glitch and then the cube should spawn in a drawer a few rooms after that (glitch around 5 times)

If you get glitch 5 times in rooms or backdoors you'll have a guaranteed chance to get a glitch fragment to get glitched you'll need someone to help.
