CRT P / CRT D Pacemaker - Complete Cure for Heart Failure

Heart Failure is a chronic disabling disease with high mortality, morbidity and complications. But to be on the safe side akta echocardiogram kore nao jate heart e kono abnormalities achhe ki na janar jonno, jodi normal thake tahole kono bhalo Neurologist dekhao. CRT P বসানোর কত দিন পর রুগী ফলাফল বুঝতে পারে। প্রথম প্রথম কি স্বসকষ্ট থাকে রুগীর পা ফুলতে থাকে। CRT P বসানোর পর ঔষধ ঠিকঠাক নেয়ার পর ও যদি হার্ট ফেলিয়র হয় আমরা ঘরে কি করব স্যার একটু বলবেন

CRT p বসানোর পর কটা ওষুধ খেতে হবে পেশেন্ট কে. মেশিন বসানোর পর সাতখানা ওষুধ তো দিয়েছে তাহলে স্যার ওষুধ কম কোথায় হলো স্যার আরো বেশি দামি ওষুধ দিয়েছে, আমরা গরীব মানুষ এত ওষুধ কিনবো কি করে দয়া করে স্যার একটু বলবেন

আমার বুকে ব্যথা করে আমি সাইডে চাপ ধরে থাকে আর ভয়ে ভয়ে একটা অনুভব করতে হচ্ছে যে মরে যাব আর একটা কথা যে এতটা রিপোর্ট রিপোর্ট করেছি কিছুদিন মানে কিছু ধরায় পড়েনি তার জন্য চিন্তাতে আছি যে এটা কি হাটা ডেকের ব্যথা না অন্য কিছুর নাকিয়া আসার জন্য হচ্ছে আর পুরা বাম সাইডে আমার হাত মানেই লাগে অবশ্যই লাগে হাতটাতে মানে আর ঘাড়ের পিছনে ব্যথা করছে সে ওটাই কিসের ব্যথা হতে পারে তার জন্য অনেক দুশ্চিন্তায় আছি

স্যার আমার বাবার পেসমেকার লাগানো হয়েছে ২০১৮ সালে। অনেকে বলে পেসমেকার বসানো হলে বিমানে কোথাও যাওয়া যায় না। বিমান বন্দরে যে চেকিং হয় এতে পেসমেকার খারাপ হতে পারে। এই বিষয়ে যদি কিছু জানান উপকৃত হবো 🙏

My brother in law, age 57, weigh 77kg, height 169cm, BP 100/70, Pulse 60, LC EF 22% to 35%. Had OMI Anterior in 2014, Post PCI - LAD 2014, Relook CAG 2018 & Oct 2023. Stent Ok, no new block found. Patient observed pre-syncope like episodes 3 times in one month during Apr/May 2023. BD heart failure experts suggested AICD, then patient Visit Narayana Bangalore Dr. GG Shetty. No device suggested after Heart MRI, except medicine n lifestyle suggestions during June 23. Patient was doing well, but during end of Oct '23 patient had another attack. Now again doctor is suggesting ICD device. Pateint is very weak now, can move by ownself. Recently again feeling Syncope type symptoms.. his BP is mostly low, when these episodes come, chest feel like squeezing.. breath problem .. Upper portion sweats and lower portion of body is ice cool. Heart MRI shows 7 walls are damaged out of 17. Can u please give ur kind expert opinion.. wherher any device or medicine treatment will be good for him. If device, what'd b the type? Many thanks in advance.

He should have been implanted a CRT-D long ago when he had low EF and syncope

Only CRT-D can help by both preventing syncope as well as improving pumping.Put in a CRT as soon as possible

Many thanks for Ur kind response sir, but an expert Eletrophysiolist is suggesting to implant only ICD, mentioning CRT-D not recommended now, but they'll set up 3 cable with 1 off, if needed CRT-D can be added later ..
