Been lucky with sd cards and stuff, so far. I didn't notice many decent campspots on the way up Peter. I would want to camp to justify the train fare. Great views I would guess most people will head to the bigger hills leaving that far less busy or maybe not? Good to go back and finish the trip/video. Right I going straight to the next one.

Aye Eddie i bought 6 new SD cards and i take them all on my trips from now on. I have software that can retrieve what is on a damaged card but i cant add to it and that was the mistake i made on this day bloody frustrating man!!!! Aye i also noticed very little pitching spots up near the top pity as it would be a perfect place for an overnighter dosent take too long to get up to the top and the views are brilliant! Cheers for watching Eddie hope you are well mate, peter 👍

@@MUNROSnCORBETTS I've been doing a lot of Donald-bagging, sometimes in atrocious weather! Usually get some views of windfarms... Some of them are great though. I loved the Ettrick Hills.

@@natalieminnis I've been up The Campsies quite a bit and like you i have had a few heavy soakings and at times i wonder if i am just plain stupid or just a lover of the hills lol!

Thanks Charlie! Aye it was a bloody pain in the **** with my SD card failing and my tri-pod breaking more or less at the same time typical of the luck i get sometimes. But to be honest it was great heading up that wee hill again it's a beauty and the views are brilliant! Have you and Mike been up that one before?

Thank you Magnus solitude is the correct word as the two times i was there i saw no one which i thought a wee bit strange as its a great wee hill to climb. Maybe i was too early or maybe the wee woman at the bottom scares every one away ha ha! Hope all is well with mate and thanks again for taking time to watch, peter.

Cracking walk that Peter, those views were something else. Lochs and hills at every turn. Looks like you had the same storm damage we had, some areas are still closed off up here due to the number of fallen trees. That shit would be long gone if not bagged, now it's there for the duration hanging in a plastic bag, absolute morons who do that. Great to see you out again bud. Take care. Mick.
