talk your boy into upgrading to lsd's while its all open. the black case versions are a lot cheaper than the mcd gold version and its an insane upgrade and probably a must for a big bore. it may be a good idea to also replace all the bearings and boots and inspect and rebuild the shocks.

That case was under the pressure of nothing but big bores 50 then the 71 never had any issues. This was the first if you want to call it major break down. Had it for over a year and 4 months MCDbaby only way to go💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Never knew MCD did ball drive cups. I really like that design. Having a closed cup vs a slotted cup...🤔... WAY STRONGER!

Yes sir Peter. Not complete alloy tho. Only the inner portion around the bearing that's necessary. You'll see it standard on the f/r of the ultimate and rear only on the ftr.
