If you don't have "SQL Server Object Explorer" in the side of your screen, you need to open it in "View" -> "SQL Server Object Explorer"; or simply Ctrl + ] , Ctrl + S. After you've done that, and it still doesn't show, you have to go to, in your solution, "Connected Services", right-click on "SQL Server Express LocalDB", then "Open in SQL Server Object Explorer". Hope this helps.
