The government should be able to supply crude oil feedstock to a commercial refiner in Lagos that should backwardly integrate and solve demands for PMS in Nigeria.

Why are the Nigerian journalists not asking the PetroleumMiinister , which is Tinubu, about all the issues? I don't know why the journalists and Nigerians are so inept and so gullible. Tinubu strategically nominated himself as the Petroleum Minister, and he only reports to himself. Do you know why? In America, we say for money, baby. Now Tinubu is talking about bringing another company to be in charge of revenue tax issues in Nigeria. And the company Tinubu wants to put in charge is a company he has a connection with. Corruption at its worst. By the time Tinubu is done with Nigeria, he's probably going to be worth trillions of U.S. dollars . Per Google, Tinubu is the richest Nigerian politician. This man drained Lagos state and continued to do so. He's already draining Nigeria. This is going to be worse than what Papa Duck and Baby Duck did to Haiti. Haiti is still suffering from the massive embezzlement.

This Kelvin Emmanuel guy is too naive. His costs analysis is ridiculously hilarious. He just desires to sound technical. But how can somebody this naive be saying Nigerians don't understand pricing framework? This life sha, talk about pot calling kettle black.
