KSI- I mean Cruel King if he knew how to you the ice dagger: *Activation* Kill 30 enemies (encounters) in Blackrock Castle with Hardmode card equipped before fighting Cruel King. *Moves* Cold Snap - Makes the ground around him turn into ice, then stomping the ground to shoot 5 piercing icicles at your team that break guards - 2 damage each - Dodgable (Duh) - “Defending doesn’t get you far…” (Armour breaks). Swift Stab - Now runs to the party (instead of walking) to immediately stab all them of them in a quick slash, then doing a rebound - 10 damage hit - Dodgable - Amour break - Gives Cold effect (makes you freeze randomly) for 2 Turns (4 turns if on your own) - If you are hit with this move while having Cold effect, you freeze for the remaining duration of the effect. “Protect The King!” - Has a chance to summon the following to protect him: 2 Knights and 1 (Crossbow guy); Banished Knight; Sentient Statue - Can’t summon until all summons are killed, but immediately the next turn the summons die Cruel King will summon again (only if the summon was skipped early on). “This is the true potential… OF THE *ICE DAGGER!”*- Will use the power of the Ice Dagger to Heal himself my 25% and freeze everyone (including his summons) on the battlefield for 2 turns - Has a limited use of 5 times in one battle. *Finishers* *How they work* If a player is at 5 HP or less (excluding 0), Cruel Kings next move will be enhanced to get a sure hit finishing blow on the person with the least health who is at 5 HP or lower - Your only hope is if you have a resurrect card on yourself, otherwise… *You will be beyond saving.* *Frostbite* : During Cold Snap, the whole floor is covered in ice, and at the of the turn, there’s one last missing icicle that will eventually speedblitz to your face at the speed of a bullet, causing a *lethal hit* (if you haven’t seen my other comments on concepts - lethal hits kill you for good until the end of the battle unless you revive yourself). *Heart Attack* : Will speedblitz the wounded player and stab that one player, aiming for the heart (spoiler: it hits), which will do a KO, then will pull out the ice dagger to end it with a *lethal hit.* *Pummel* : Instead of Summoning, will make only a whistle, then the wounded player will be rammed by a Knight straight to the Cruel King, then he will take out his staff hitting you *very hard* in the head 3 times before absolutely *Smashing your skull so hard your head explodes,* before the body is eventually tossed away - Will summon only 2 Knights afterwards. “I will make you suffer… JUST LIKE WHAT YOU DID TO MY PEOPLE!” - Will concentrate the Ice Daggers energy into an attack that freezes the wounded player from the inside slowly dealing 1 DMG - 10 DMG each turn until the wounded player eventually dies or the battle ends (Hypothermia), which is them getting frozen from the inside out, causing icicles to *come of of your body everywhere, leaving you a diseased statue* - *Cannot do finishers on the wounded player if they are under Hypothermia effect.* *Shoutouts to the first reply*

Enraged "Cruel" King: Battle entry: "For the kingdom of BLACKROCK, I shall strike you down!" In Battle: "Cruel" King starts with two banished nights ahead of him. To make up for this, the king himself will only attack every other turn. With every knight you kill, he gets faster, going up to every turn and twice every turn. Attacks: *the ones you listed above* Passive 1: Randomly, the chef of Blackrock will barge in to heal the king for 5-10 hp. The lower hp the king has, the more the chef appears. Passive 2: Instead of blocking all ice-based attacks, the king will reflect the attack onto the caster, making it deal twice as much damage to them as it would have done to him (they know the ICE king is immune to ICE, so it should be unfair)

More things for the alternate reality comment maybe: The owner of the Illumina (last sword conirmed) is telling you to stop, that *it* is using you. Something like fear. You ofc beat the shit out of him with a fucking dodgeball and a slingshot. Before you are about to get the illumina, someone stops you. Cruel king comes to the rescue. "The ice dagger warned me about you." he says. Griefer breaks in too. "1 TH0UGHT I C0ULD TRU5T Y0U W1TH TH4T!" And an owner of some other sword or red&blue&noobador as a trio in a single slot. Their respoective weapons float to them. And you have to fight without them. At some point during the battle, it ends with no warning. No matter how many turns it was. You pass out. When you wake up, you see hatred. Turns out, all the way in chapter 3, it didn't die. It hid itself to make you think you're pure, that you should weild all the seven swords. In reality... You were being controlled by *them* all the emotions you beat the shit out of appear. But fear doesnt fw hatred so it joins you in the fight. Solitude is too fucking depressed so hatred kills it and absorbs it, and greed is greedy for some more power so he joins hatred. If you lose, you come back to the world, and continue to beat the shit out of the ppl there, after the fight, they all stab themselves with the swords, becoming a bubonic plantlike creature. If you beat them, a cutscene with a dark, tyrranical future plays, you get the bad ending badge, you get sent back to the illumina battle. If you lose you get sent back to the Illumina battle. If you win with hatred, you wake up by them, they can feel change inside you, you became *truly pure*. The swords float towards you, and you absorb all of them into you. A bright light flashes. (Idk what next probably some good thing ig?)

As you charge the throne room on your 27th speedrun attempt, you can’t help but notice but something feels a little… off. The king is sitting in his throne, but he looks, different. He gets up and says “so… you’ve returned, yet again. I don’t understand why you’re doing this, but I know it’s not for a valiant purpose. You constantly reset and start again, killing everyone and everything over and over again. I let you be, thinking you’d give up whatever you’re doing eventually. But you never did” *the king would pull out the ice dagger, and you’d feel a slight shiver down your spine* “I won’t let you continue torturing my people like this, your reign of terror over this world… it. Ends. Now. *the king would hold up his scepter, and bang it on the ground. Two knights and a crossbow crony would appear. However, like the king, they too seem… off. The battle begins.* But it’s not ordinary… the knights have 20 health, the crony has 15, and the king has 100… the atmosphere becomes heavy, as you feel defenseless, knowing you won’t win the fight. The knight approaches, and does a “vengeful slice.” You try to guard it, but fail. You take 6 damage. The other knight approaches, and you feel a strike of fear hit your heart, another failed guard and another -6 HP. The crossbow crony readies his bow, and fires a shot of “burning hatred” at you. You yet again fail to guard, and release you can’t guard their attacks… You take 8 damage and receive the fire effect, you collapse. But then, suddenly. You revive with 5 HP, and the king says “I won’t let you off that easy. I will make you experience what you made my people experience.” As he says that, he throws his ice dagger at you as a “final freeze.” You collapse, and revive again. You feel sadness, fear, and anger all throughout your soul, as you know this is a fight you won’t be allowed to win.

When you reach blackrock castle, you see a familiar king at the gates. The ice dagger, as if wanting you to lose, suddenly comes loose from your bag and flies towards the king. He reclaims ownership of the ice dagger, and stands in the way of your tyranny.

Yet, with what little I have left, let me cause a great thunderstorm to awaken those eyes, Player. Then, and only then, will your attention be brought back, and your conscious returned.' Then, the King approaches the player, saying... 'If you're to stop me, whether with violence or with kindness, let it be known this fight ends in but only one way, *Friend...* A vain attempt at salvation. The others only wanted what would save *Them,* but I want what will bring my friend back. If you're to pass me, all of Blackrock will fall, and the entirety of my kingdom will be reduced to what I once thought to be true in your future. Seems my visions were correct, but I will do what I can to stop you.' Finally, Cruel King, the King now a sole survivor, yet a hopeful savior, wishes to bring back what once was, what can be, what *Shall* be. And with that, the King, deciding a bold move, reaches out and quickly grabs the player, before they could parry, block, or dodge, and embraces them into a gentle yet loving hug, filled with nothing but pure respect yet resentment for what has become. With a final opening of His mouth, the King utters out... 'For Blackrock, but even more so, for you, Friend.' The player, pulling out the ice dagger, prepares to stab the King. Yet, a small voice within their mind utters... 'Was it worth it, User? You got what you wanted, yet what remains is so little to nothing. You kill Him and you gain nothing and are left with zero. Kill Him, but know that He truly was a friend.' And after hearing such, the player began to ponder over it, and despite the weapon pulled out, the King expected to be killed, yet never let go. With a final, decisive move of the players hand, a clanking is heard, the Dagger dropped to the floor... then, the Player reluctantly reaches both arms and hands up, returning the hug with a quiet sob. The King, with His heart in knots, quietly says to the player. 'Even to my death, I won't let you go. You were the first to truly make me believe my Kingdom was doomed, yet the first to make me believe I didn't need my Kingly status to have respect, nor give respect. I love my Kingdom, but without you in it, it feels... cold. Know this, Friend... the only thing to pull us apart would be you; As I'll never leave you. You truly are, even through all this destruction, *Pure hearted and cleansed of the soul.* You have my Eternal gratitude yet respect, Player.' The player, still sobbing, began to grow louder; And finally, the King lets go of the hug and reaches down to grab the fallen Dagger, reaching a hand out to say... 'Come on, Friend. Let's go clean this mess up together.' To which the player begins to give a small smile within the flowing tears, taking His hand like a broken down child to a loving step-parent, beginning to walk with Him."
