I love Vacations To Go. I use to use them all the time when I lived in Florida. I once got a 22-day cruise from Seattle, WA to reposition in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. It went down the west coast, made several stops in Mexico, thru the Panama Canal, hit several Caribbean islands and Key West. It cost me $722, and I travelled solo with my own cabin. Get the cruise I'd number on the far left of the page and call the 1-800 number. The company is based in Houston and I have family that works there. My ex and I went on a 7 night balcony Princess cruise to Alaska for about 1200 for both. They are the first place I look for cruise deals. If you are not going soon, cruises 1 year out or more are cheap too.

I worked for Carnival and Royal in sales and I can tell you that this is completely incorrect. Any discount you see will be on a cruise price that has already gone up. Now you will see cruises being discounted but during the off-season like January through April and September and October. Cruise lines actually have promotions that will secure the lowest price at the very beginning and if and the price for your floor and style of cabin goes down you can request a price change and it will be honored. Also waiting for last minute deals puts you in whatever cabin is leftover. I no longer work for either, so adding this doesn’t benefit me whatsoever. Cruise lines make the bulk of their money from alcohol and gambling.

My parents did this a while ago, but with more steps. They booked a full reservation for the ride, to hold a spot and make sure there was going to be one, waited till like 2 days before, got the cruise to move it back to the next cruise which was in like a month, then cancelled it, cause of the cancellation fee avoiding and whatnot, then immediately afterward used another website, basically this but different, and got it for I think 80% off or something like that. Fun as hell

That does not work exactly like what he says. Cruises typically go up in price not down closer to the cruise date. And the cabins left last minute are all obstructed or in the worse parts of the ship. So if you are picky at all than this will not help you. Lastly. The price on vacation to go site is per person without tax. And these deals will not come with Any on board credit so don’t even ask.

I work in sales for Carnival, this was possible pre-covid but since then we became the #1 cruiseline in the world and last minute deals DO NOT exist. Every single ship sails fully sold out, the last minute cancellations go to casino guests and employees.
