I seem to have developed a pretty bad anxiety around flying and I keep worrying about a trip I have booked in April. it was really good to hear about your tips for keeping your mind busy! it’s also reassuring that it doesn’t stop you travelling - feel the fear and do it anyway! 😊💖

Yeah, I never want it to stop me travelling but it is something I struggle with too. I would suggest the ten minute rule. That has worked for me. Changing what you’re doing every ten minutes. Also colouring is another thing that helps me. ❤️ Thank you so much for watching x
