Girl! That view from the gym! Little pointer to get the most of your rowing , former varsity rower, you want to drive with you legs first and pull with your arms last if that makes sense. Think legs, body then arms. Your arms should move/pull once your legs are fully extended. When you go back it should be the opposit order. arms, body then bring yourself in with your legs! I love to see more of us rowing on the machine or in the water bby!
