I was looking for a trip to Quebec next year and now I must add Montmorency Falls to my trip!!

Great choice! Montmorency Falls is absolutely breathtaking. Are you planning to take the cable car up or maybe cross the suspension bridge for those incredible views?

Which season of the year do you recommend the most for a visit?
@CruiseandTravelBP23 күн бұрын
I would recommend September! That’s when I was there, and the weather was spectacular.
@hdufort10 күн бұрын
I would recommend: Summer (June to September) because there are so many festivals and you can also enjoy the countryside and whale watching. Fall (October) for the spectacular colors. Spring (April) to enjoy the sugaring season outside of town. Winter (December) for the Christmas markets. Winter (February) for carnival.

I live in Old Quebec City, and I hate it when Americans and English Canadians comes here and think or pretend they are in France. Looking for French Cuisine restaurants... almost asking where is the Eiffel tower We are in North America, we didnt see a person from France for 300 years. People from France hardly understand what we say! We have our own culture, the Culture Quebecoise, which is a mix of all the nations that came here to prosper in life... Yes French, but also Native American, Irish, Italian, Greek, Vietnamese etc. Quebec is not a cheaper trip to Europe! Im sorry but your video title did trigger me ahahaaa

Ouain! I live in downtown Quebec city.. It's been INVADED by immigrants from FRANCE lately, that is ALL I hear when walking down rue St-jean now (French accents), and the restaurants are showing it (I'm a chef, not just a cook)... So you are either living OUTSIDE of the old city and never go there or lived here more than 10 years ago, OR you are full of your own BS!! .. C'est la VÉRITÉ mon grand, t'es mieux de t'habituer aux changements, parce que c'est come ca maintemant...

During the Second Empire, France got to work eliminating regional differences to create a more unified France. That meant Norman French in Quebec is little known in France. French residents in Normandy were surprised by Canadiens on D-Day speaking a dialect they had'nd heard since their grandparents were alive.

Correction. St. John's Newfoundland is the oldest City in Canada and in North America for that matter.
