Cruiser Kitakami - Insane torpedo attacks

They should go more even more meme on this ship design. 190 knot torpedoes, all tubes reload in 30 seconds, 30km range, but some pittance of damage like 1200 HP. Oh and add 3 more tubes per launcher. Would not ruin gameplay at all.
