From the late 60s onwards, Yugoslavia took over Spain as the place to go for Hollywood for cheap location shots and expert local crewspeople. That allowed some studios to do high-profile productions, some even starring American and European film stars. This explains the huge amount of logos with 1970s-80s aestethics. Before the Balkans War there was more industry in Yugoslavia than Emir Kusturica! The place was thriving. Then again, it's remarkable how quickly the Balkanic film industries have recovered momentum after years and years of conflict.

its not really its really pixelated even back then it could be much better people didn't like that style back then they tried to make everything look smooth if possible .but they probably had a low budget and used a random cheap 8 bit computer like msx or apple 2 while big companies had access to $100.000$ workstations that were designed for this stuff .
