For some technical reason, enemies killed by your totems' DOTs are credited to you. So Blood Rage has a 25% chance to give a frenzy charge when your totem ignites something and it dies to the burn damage.

There is an attack mastery that gives you 5% attck speed per nearby enemie. Its super strong for your build i think
