Hello MMM, I learned how to drive on a stick shift when I was in drivers education, that was years ago and haven't done it since. I like the automatic. I like to blow the horn when I go through a tunnel, we were behind a person once and blew the horn as we went through the tunnels and they pulled over, I guess they thought we were blowing at them, lol. My daughter and I will be there Sun. and Mon. to see some fall colors and just enjoy the mountains. I hope you and your family are doing well. Hope to see more of your videos, I miss seeing them. Very beautiful drive. I felt like I was riding with you. Keep noticing the Shelby placket between air vents. Is that an autograph of Carroll Shelby on there?

Hopefully you enjoyed the viewpoint and drive! That plaque between the vents in engraved with the Shelby build number. It has Carol Shelby's autograph engraved but it's not real. Some people back in the day did get the passenger side airbag cover signed by Shelby himself. Thanks for watching! 🌄

Oh I live South Asheville. Always drive through parkway when my work finish go home. I know that drive to Cherokee end road parkway.

My favorite area! I have a Mustang too, it is a '65 convertible with a 289. I am guessing yours handles alot better :)

@MrMountainMan I am well MMM I hope that you and your family are all doing well. We are planning on coming down to the smokies in January. We have never gone at that time but Will says that is a great time to come to avoid crowds and get cheaper prices. How about our Steelers beating the Rams yesterday!! That sure was good.
