true.. in this arcade type of games everybody just wanna go 1000mph.. but it's actually great game to cruise around at a bit higher then traffic speeds, this and World Racing 2 does it best, if only a bit more traffic

This was offline too, that was AI car, you can find them while crousing around, they are usually chased by cops, you just help them to lose cops if needed and off you go. Just dont spend a lot of time infron of them very close, they do lose control then since they cant predict very well what will you do, and then they run out of options and crash.. My wheel is Logitech Formula Force EX , turns 90deg to each side which is enough.
