I have been fortunate to visit Morocco several times, once to travel a long way inland, deep into the culture, and one time taken through the crazy busy souks in Marrakesh. Tagine was a favourite, and Shakshuka is a meal we occasionally cook at home.

What an exciting yet calming adventure, riding camels through a sea of dunes, enjoying the stars in all their splendor, and taking part in the local customs and festivities.
