Customer service does not stand behind their products. I have been told to contact the manufacture and went through over a year of going through there so-called "remedies". Now I am being told to send unit back to the manufacture at my expense despite the fact that the $2000 purchase has never worked correctly. I was told to keep my receipt and some day I may get my money back if they find it to be defective. Since the problem can start 5 minutes after I turn on the unit or 5 hours after he returned the unit on. I have no doubt that they will say that there is nothing wrong with the unit and I will be out the shipping costs and will be sent back my nonfunctioning unit. Defender markets this unit with the verbage "2-Year warranty with unmatched product reliability" but wont stand behind it. I have done over $15,000 of purchases with this company and they should be ashamed.
