This past week, I had the pumpkin with cream cheese.. Yummy! I usually am gluten free because of sore joints and rash on shoulders when I eat gluten. It was so worth it……. I will convert recipes to gluten free and see if they are comparable. I hope so.

I made these. Everyone I shared with said it was the best cookie they ever had, and I agree. Not sure if it was my oven, but my first batch (1/2 cup cookie dough) all spread into each other and made one giant cookie. 1/4 cup dough worked well and made cookies about the size seen in this video. Make these! They’re amazing!!!

Thanks for your comment. I was ready to throw the recipe out because I followed it exactly in mine did the same thing using the half cup of dough. I will try it next time with a 1/4 cup.

No, I just made the frosting to put on my pancake cookies and that turned out runny. I am a professional cook and something told me just one 8 ounce pack of cream cheese, but I went ahead and followed the exact directions. Anyway, They taste incredible with the runny frosting but I’m definitely gonna have to tweak this recipe

Ok so, @4:25 yu add eggs, but didn’t specify if they shud be at room temperature? I tried this recipe and the dough was very gooey and i had to end dropping them with an ice scream scooper :( I’m sad they didn’t come out the same bcuz yurs look so delicious and flaky. Mines ended up smooth kinda similar to a sugar cookie. Also i mixed with a hand mixer so I’m not sure if that also makes a difference? I need help cuz i wana perfect these they’re my favorite!😢 thank yu!!!❤

I'd like to try adding some cinnamon to the dough next time ( because my favorite graham cracker crust for cheesecake has that in it), any idea how much cinnamon would be a good amount for this recipe?
