I'm a woman on my husband's account I use to make corn bread cookies I got the recipe from a pretty old woman she was raising children through the depression and she made them one time I was shocked that there even was such a thing.... They had to make due with what they had. I went home and made a super huge batch of both chocolate and the regular ones by the time they were gone I never wanted to ever see them again. I am absolutely positive todays recipe is better than those were honestly I thought they were awful 😅 they were just what you said a cornbread muffin cookie... Just with out the butter that makes it so yummy. Those look delicious btw.. We don't have cosco here just sams I've never seen them there.

Most of Crumbl's cookies are WAY too raw for my tastes. I can appreciate a slightly under baked cookie, but you can still taste flour in theirs. My wife did get the apple pie cookie that seemed to have been baked a little longer, and the topping was DELIGHTFUL, if a little tart. She got that sugar cookie as well, and it was ass.
