Crunch Sandwich
Ingredients for Chicken Spread:
Boiled chicken (shredded) 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for Sandwich:
Corn flake crumbs 300 g
Sandwich bread
Chicken spread
Flour mixture
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Chicken Spread Preparation:
In a bowl add boiled chicken, mayo, Mustard paste, black pepper, salt and mix well. your chicken spread is ready.
Directions for Flour Mixture Preparation:
In a bowl add flour, red chili powder, salt, black pepper power, water and mix well. make a thick runny batter. Your flour mixture is ready.
Directions for Sandwich Preparation:
In a bowl add corn flakes and crush them hands into crumbs.
Now take a sandwich bread slice and spread chicken spread on it. place another bread slice and remove the edges.
Now cut the sandwich into half. Dip it into flour mixture. Coat it in cornflakes crumb.
Now deep fry the sandwiches until crispy and golden brown.
Your crunch sandwich is ready.
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
Servings: 3-4
