Have never seen pork belly prepared this way; That is really clever to wrap the foil around the edges like that and with the salt to draw out all the moisture! WOW, the hot oil on top was genius!!!!😲😲😲 The finished product is perfect!!!🤤🤤🤤 I have never seen or heard of the fermented coconut sauce! Miki? My wife loves *Se'a* Have you eaten that fermented food as well? I think it is the insides of a sea cucumber???? So nice to see you enjoy that yummy food!! Loved this video Uso, well done my friend!
