Fun fact, Princess strike can deal a heck ton of damage than regular orbital strike, but it can still not do as much as a nuclear bomb unless you combine Princess strike with Megumin’s explosion

Assuming a highly aerodynamic object that doesn't lose much speed from re-entry (landing at ~7km/s), it would take an object around 6x the mass of the International Space Station to equal a small nuke like the Little Boy on Hiroshima (15kt), let alone a modern ICBM warhead (100-475kt), or the largest nuke ever, the Tsar Bomba (50,000 kt). The reason an asteroid impact has so much power is they can be much faster than orbital velocity (~40km/s) and vastly higher mass (millions to trillions of tons).
