There should be an open world game set in the Byzantine empire. Because no one gives the Byzantine empire any attention. Even the most fascinating of Roman loving historians have a care about the Eastern Roman Empire that survived another 1000 years after Rome fell.

I wish they would make an old-style AC game set in it, preferably the early 11th century AD. And with modern tech they could make it both centered around urban exploring (like in AC Revelations), with cities like New Rome, Smyrna, Attaleia, Amorium, Ankara, Adana, Trapezounta, Ephesus, Athens, Thebes, Patras, Thessalonica etc. It could even have sailing, imagine playing as a capitain manning a dromund ship in the Aegean and East Meditteranean Sea...

Hmm...tricky question. Most of the DLCs that have come have their own ambient music. But usually it's more generic.
