I honestly think you don't get a lot of development out of your draft picks because you don't change their shot tendencies along with just playing them more minutes. That first year is key but they need to get the shots and the minutes.

@@Crushables Something you can do is not up the shot tendencies but alter the tendencies of the type of shots. Some players don’t take the shots they take in simulation in real life and that’s why their stats and development look really bad.

Should do a restart the nba series. Start a rebuild from the bird v magic era with a certain team and rebuild until current day. Try keep somewhat realistic but not everything

I do mess with tendencies lol, Lauris was like a 45 shot tendency. Just because I don’t show it don’t mean I don’t touch it , then you got other people pissed when I do mess with tendency’s. It’s a losing battle
