Mod Podge,
acrylic paint Teal, Black, White, metallic gold
canvas 8" x 10" or any size you have
pouring medium
gloss varnish

Can I use gilding adhesive to stick these crushed glass? like solomon's leafing?

For just light leaf guilding adhesive works. Got gisss you need stronger glue
