Crushing the Sub 20 Barrier Dulwich Parkrun

Join me in today's vlog as I take on the challenge of running sub 20 at Dulwich Parkrun! 🏃‍♂️ I also caught up with Ollie for a chat about his efforts to raise funds for the wonderful charity Sarcoma UK, which provides support to individuals battling sarcoma cancer. This cause is particularly meaningful to me as my brother overcame liposarcoma and is now cancer-free. Ollie's wife was also diagnosed with liposarcoma, so this cause is close to both of our hearts.
In addition to running the London Marathon, Ollie will be running in a bone costume to raise awareness for sarcoma cancer. Great run. Lots of local clubs use Dulwich park on a Saturday for marathon training incoprarating Parkrun

Great stuff. I'm hoping for a Sub 20 park run (first since 2019) towards the end of this marathon block. We'd love to do Dulwich one day if we can work out London logistics. Interested in the parking arrangements. Looked like someone's front drive? Was that via an app?

Great to meet you after the parkrun! Glad you enjoyed it and got your sub-20. I'll keep up with you next time and get my first sub-20. I clocked 20:21, which is 35 seconds off my 5k PB. Keep up the good work!
