If its locked that bad just pull the head. Clean the water out. Check the valves with the water trick to make sure they're not leaking. Most you'll pay for is headgasket.

I'm sure with over 400 comments in counting someone has mentioned that AEM does make an air bypass valves for cold air intakes. I bought one for my B16A2 years back to prevent exactly what happened in this video. Trust living in Florida myself at one point I had to make sure I kept my car insured by taking any n all precautions. I'll check with local tuners in Ga. and see what they may have..

Yo my motor hydrolocked a couple weeks ago. All you need to do is pull the spark plugs and crank it. And all the water will squirt out. Then just put the plugs back in change the oil and try to start it

Bro same thing happened to me with my 96 integra. It was also cypress green. Cold air intake ran down to the bumper and hit a puddle. Pulled the plugs to try and get the water out and blew a hole through the block. It’s was b series though.

That motor is still good just pull the spark plugs and turn it over till all the water comes out and you should be good unless you tried to turn it over full of water , you might have bent valves or rods
