US Asks North Korea Military To Consider Russian Casualties Before Sending Troops To War In Ukraine

Days after Russia and North Korea signed a “mutual defence pact” during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s closely-watched visit to Pyongyang, reports have emerged that Kim Jong Un may send his forces into Ukraine as early as next month. A South Korean news channel’s report citing a South Korean government official says Pyongyang’s troops, working overseas under the disguise of construction workers, would be moved from China to the Russia-held territories in Ukraine.
How will Ukraine’s Western allies see this reported move by Moscow and Pyongyang? Does this mark a new phase in Kim’s mutual aid relationship with Putin?

I would not rely on Putin for defence, he breaks his word & seems to have little to offer. The idea of Putin going Pyongyang style shows desperation. He is China's puppet which allows Xi Ping to pretend no involvement, but Pyongyang has not expressed interest in the surrounding islands before. Strategically Ping would be more astute to gain the resources of Siberia & reclaim land as Russia cannot fight on two fronts, gain without pain. When I see Pyongyang I wonder if he is related to Musk, they are both childlike without a fully formed adult emotional development. I don't think North Koreans will accept being abused like other ethnic people but when Putin starts making demands conflict will eventually ensue.

However would be effective in invading a weak country like Iraq which they do and have done, but it couldn't achieve that much against any country with a decent sized and semi modern military and airforce.
