Love the Pinapple Express freehand mate, came out exceptionally well. I vote that you come back to the idea again in the future, maybe you'll crack the cargo aspect then. It's a great idea.

Cheers Luke. I can't freehand to save my life... but it works. I don't think I'll be tackling the ceiling in any chapels any time soon!

Valkyrie is looking good, especially with the wing swap. For the underslung load it might look better with smaller cables going to the corners of the pallet/ crate rather than the single chunky cable in the middle?

I did try that very idea, but I couldn't get a wire that would take the weight. Glad we are on the same page!

@@wolfworks101to continue this thread, I think if you use piano wire or thin brass rod it should be enough to hold the aircraft up.

I actually liked the forward swept wings better, gives more of a hawk silhouette. It’s a really strange ship, it looks like it should have a rotor with the cockpit style and cargo function.

100% agree. I've seen one that tool the rotors from an Apache... looked boss

Nice nose art. I think I prefer the normal wing style although I do like that the backswept wings give the door gunners more visibility.

Thats an absolutely fair point. I have a gunship variant already so I just wanted to see if I could make something a bit different. That model has been on the shelf for 9 years lol. Time to get it used!

it looks to me like the leading edge of the wing protrudes past the fuselage by about 10 - 12 mm, and the trailing edge is back from the end of the fuselage about the same distance, would it not have been possible to slide the wing back so it looks like it mates up to the fuselage more correctly?

We all have ideas that outstrip our ability, the key is to try and you my friend will be able to keep that idea in the bank and give it another try soon and nail it !!!

Cheers. My workbench is empty and I have zero motivation to start anything new.
