I have a question regarding the temperature adjustment knob that you mentioned at the 2:45 mark. On my unit, that particular part has broken off, disabling the function of the cables. I have not removed the climate control unit out from the dash to get a real close up view of the damage, to determine whether it's repairable or not. What I'm wondering is, can this specific part be acquired from the same people who make the 3D parts for the climate control unit as an individual replaceable part, or do you have to buy the entire cable & temperature adjust knob housing because of the way it's designed?
