Best carry brawler in power league is Surge, he’s by far the most op brawler right now. Counters tanks, counters throwers, counters assassins, counters short rang brawlers, he counters like 90% of brawlers in the game.

He's a very strong aggressive tank. Use him on close range maps where you can comfortably throw your supers fast and get those good heals while running across the map. As for comps, use him against brawlers that can't defend well up close, and definitely don't pick him against tank counters. If you're good enough at dodging he can work against long range brawlers too. Best mode should be brawl ball, worst is any super open map with tank counters as meta. Good luck :)
