@@Toinkity no, that's so goddamn useless and why even mention useless gadgets in the first place? Of course they need to be rework what kind of thinking is that. I really don't care if she's similar to piper, because she's not. She's a poker annoying type of brawler with finishing capabilities as her main gimmick while piper is burst damage and constant pressure to the extreme but can easily fall off because of her ammo reload. The reason why I'll give her 300 damage is so that she can ward off enemies better that can rush her down or snipe her because she stays still

I think that they should increase also her sight range while focusing bcs now you can't really see where shots are going at the very top of the screen. Maybe they can buff her first sp and or even buff the range of focused shots to balance her in a better way

Cryingman, there is this combo/technique in the map Gladiators in duels. You need to get these brawlers (in order) : -Buzz -A long range (preferably a bit tanky) -And Bibi For Buzz : Gadget : Reserve Buoy Star Power : Tougher Torpedo For Bibi : Gadget : Vitamin Booster Star Power : Home Run Gears don’t really matter. So for Buzz you need to just circle around in mid walls if the opponent brawler has less health than you and challenge them to a storm battle. If it’s a thrower or Mr.P, Rush them with your gadget. Tip : Don’t let the enemy even touch you, it can charge up their super (let’s say they’re Stu). If the opponent has a gadget that breaks walls, circle the walls around the middle wall instead so he will probably break those walls instead of mid wall. The only way you can lose if it’s a brawler whose gadget can break walls, but then you’ll probably just beat them with your next longe range brawler. But if they do beat your long range brawler, You have to rush them with Bibi and dodge their shots. Tip : Rush them and activate vitamin booster for extra health.

I think her focused shoot should give her a shield and a zoom out. Reduce the delay to concentrate dnd keeping it for like 2secs after moving. Maybe that would be too OP, but that can make her skill useful more times.

Maybe they should make her trait like Gus. 3 hits and then you get the longer range. Rinse and repeat. Right now her trait feels a little bit useless. Like you have to force yourself to get that extra range while making engagements very awkward.

Remember how "balanced Janet was on release?" Don't get too blinded by the Otis-Chester-Buster-Grey meta, because how Bonnie made Janet fall into the background, I feel it's the same with Mandy currently. She may need some toning up in terms of unloading speed, and possibly movement speed I think could make her a really unique sniper.

Mandy should have her gimmick modified instead of range it can penetrate walls (does not wall break). Only caveat is for every one tile of wall/barrier she shoots through her damage is reduced by 25% (max damage through one tile wall would be 1350). So she would play like a thrower and could counter them easily alongside her super. This would be a good role since she can really only counter long range brawlers when standing still. In order to reduce the greatness of Mandy in that role a health reduction is necessary but a buff in speed so she can have a chance to dodge counter attacks by throwers or close range brawlers. To address her 2nd gadget, I would suggest a modification to give her a shield (reduced damage by 40% for 3 seconds when standing still) that would stack with 2nd star power called Hard Candy or something like that.

This is how to make Mandy's focused attack good: Make her 1st starpower (faster proj speed) part of her base kit Make Mandy do more dmg when she focused Her new star power will be an extra increase dmg or/and reload Make Mandy focus instantly Increase the shield of her other star power or rework it Just increasing range isn't really useful. Take windup for example. Nobody used it then nobody uses it now.

I like the creativity of the sniper brawler which extends range, however a creative/fun mechanic is not necessarily a good one. I just feel standing still is not something that is optimal in brawlstars or that should be rewarded.

Imo I think Mandy is just a better Piper, don't gotta worry about no damage or very little damage up close, Mandy's slow gadget is better than Piper's slow gadget, and while Piper can jump away most of the time it's not really that useful. On the other hand, Mandy's super can go through walls and go very far. Overall I feel like the focused shot is also more useful than Piper's other gadget, I just feel like all they really need to do to balance Mandy better is to make her reload speed a bit faster and her focus shot charge up a little bit slower, or just switch the speeds of them. Maybe also make it a tiny bit easier to hit shots close range, but at the end of the day you don't need auto aim and I think it would be unique to have a brawler that you basically can't use auto aim with and that actually takes skill to use. It's just kinda impossible to kill a tank or just a brawler with a lot of health in a small or even decent sized space with Mandy because of her slow reload speed, besides that I think she's pretty dope👌

The buff she needs: When standing still, her range increases in 0,5 sec. With her star power, it charges instantly. It wouldn't be op, but it would have INSANE skill cap.

Her In My Sights Star Power should gust add 5% damage. I like your idea. So add slightly more dps. Her Hardy Candy Star Power should add were every hit you get 500 health and a 25% reload speed. Since it won't stop from knock back, slow, and stun( I'm look at you Buster Kevlar Vest.). So why not, she bit of defensive sniper.😞

A way to rework Mandy without change her whole mechanic is to make her gain the range buff when she hits 4 attacks on enemy and each hit will fill a bar which increase her range for maybe 5 seconds or less if it sounds broken 😂

Mandy's a chimera of a aspects that fails in every regard. She offers no team support like Belle, she can't break walls like Brock, she can't run and defend herself like Piper and she lacks the utility to be usable in many situations like Bea. Her trait is useless as the extra range isn't worth not being able to move. Not to mention you want even get the full effect of her extended range as most shots will be a shot into the dark because of the games native aspect ratio. Her super is the most overrated part of her kit as the charge up kills you being able to use it out in the open so you have to use it when they can't see you otherwise it's just a guess and even then that means the opponent has access to bushes as well which means good luck landing it if they're playing intelligently which means you can really only reliably and realistically catch people off guard with it which is not a fair enough trade for five shots. She offers no team support like Belle...so all she has thats unique to her is range she can't even utilize....and I saw this coming a month ago too which is hilarious because I said "What are the odds that Mandy releases and is bad and needs to be buffed and here we are." Anyone who looked at her kit could see she was lacking in many directions. Everything she can do can be done better by any other sharp shooter and even some mid range characters. And I hate this argument of Mandy isn't bad you just aren't skilled enough for her. Her skill ceiling is infatuated by how bland and lacking her kit is. Other characters cheat harder with their star powers and such so you HAVE to work harder if you want to play Mandy it's not that you can do some harder techniques that make her good or justify her lack of utility, damage, and overall field presence. You have to play really really good to justify using her. That's not a skill cap issues that's just the character being outclassed in every regard by other characters in her field.
