With the shield star power your super is guaranteed to land and u can drag the enemy team towards your team while they're helpless and won't be able to do anything. His first gadget is kinda like escape option to jump over walls. It can be used for offense as well

As a tank main I don’t think he’ll be broken, he’ll be B to A tier. Ollie is a really good tank but he’ll play a more supportive role, like Buster. He’ll be very hard to beat if his hard counters (Primo, Clancy, Collette or Griff) are gone and the fact he has good range will help him. If you like Buster/tanks in general use him
