Crypto is risky as many would say but I think the actual risk in Crypto is not investing, buying the capitulation isn't a tough call, but it is a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. I remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and I’m up with 128k in a short period of time

@@Fearzero never say never. It is still possible if we start borrowing against our btc to buy more btc at the wrong time and wrong price, if price goes down you would be forced to sell your btc collateral to pay the new loan. Its a recipe for disaster. Invest what you can afford to lose.

Many things you handled here are the basics and very good info. You're quite right about Bitcoin and immense growth potential but you cannot quantify Bitcoin is Gold. It has nothing to do with Gold and has nothing of the history, properties like Gold. It just isn't Gold. Far from as sexy during this time period as Bitcoin - but came before and will thrive and survive all. Sorry it has reputation and Global significance on a whole other level. You're probably correct within a 5-10 year period. After that there's a whole other discussion to be had if you consider World Currencies, emerging technologies and growth opportunity. Remember Crypto is mostly a US centric venture and any "currency" threatening the hegemony of the USD is same as declaration of war according to US law. You can imagine how that will end with Democrats voted in. There's so much more to say about 10+ year horizon. It will change a lot.
