It is funny that his reaction to getting "defamed" was to commit defamation himself. And a clearer form of defamation too, as her accusation was a civic matter and his was a criminal one.

He actually committed per se defamation, which means she wouldn't even have to prove anything in court and BitBoy has automatic liability unless he can prove his allegations. It's why Elon Musk lost against Vern Unsworth when Musk "only" called him a "Pedo". It's really stupid to commit per se defamation when you're butthurt.

Using a reasonable person standard, as is the standard, nobody would look at that moment and think he was actually calling her a child molester or a murderer. Nobody would look at that interaction and say that her reputation was defamed because of his unhinged screeching. What he did was clear, and childish, but neither criminal nor really something to be sued over. The court hearing that case would take it in, and they'd argue that he was making a rhetorical point that any reasonable person could recognize from the context of the situation. The case would be dead on arrival.

All I needed to know about this guy is when he sued Atozy and made a takedown claim, the second his community and other YTers funded a defense and filed a counterclaim, he withdrew. Guy's a lily-livered sapsucker. He admitted he sues small time channels and threatens them so they'll settle quietly, and the minute someone decided to their due process, he cried foul and went home.
