Y4.01 January 28th, 2035 "It... it- it's... is consuming... me..." William walked out of his room and said this over and over again while walking around... each word becoming more slurred than the last. Y4.02 February 3rd, 2035 "What's... playing?" It was William's favorite cartoon, ███████████. "William, it's the show you used to watch a lot when you were a kid. It was your favorite." William pointed to one of the characters onscreen. "Who is... that?" "████." "Oh.." Y4.03-Y4.10 May 29th, 2035 William struggled to get out of bed and required assistance given to by a caretaker. "I'm moving! I'm moving!" He repeated this over and over again while trying to remember how to walk with difficulty. The caretaker had to help William up. Y4.11 August 24th, 2035 "I'm trying... to remember... favorite song..." He was struggling to remember ████████████, the favorite song in question. "Won't start..." "Storm... setting in..." Y4.12 September 3rd, 2035 "D- d- d... d- Daniel... d..." He was trying to call Daniel over. "William? Hello?" "Help... feel pain..." "I can't do anything, William." Y4.13 September 26th, 2035 William was quietly sobbing in the corner of the main room. Mrs. ██████████ was trying to comfort him. "Can't remember... Janet..." "Was she your wife?" "...Yes... Cannot... recall... memories..." Y4.14 October 2nd, 2035 4:39 AM A panic attack set within William, He was whimpering about "something hunting him." Even though there was nothing hunting him. 4:43 AM A couple minutes later, it transitioned from quiet muttering to straight-up screaming. "GET- SOMETHING IS- OUT OF- HUNTING...! LIFE! ME! HUNTING ME! SOMETHING IS... HUNTING! ME! CAN YOU HEAR ME? CAN YOU HEAR ME? SOMETHING IS HUNTING ME! PLEASE SAVE ME!" The caretakers had to attempt to calm down William for 26 minutes straight. He stopped screaming, but he went back to incoherently muttering. Y4.15 October 17th, 2035 It was Daniel's birthday. They celebrated it in William's care center. "What's... happening?" "It is your grandson's birthday." "Who... is my... grandson?" "Daniel." "Who is... Daniel?" Y4.16 November 29th, 2035 William was stiff. He did not move. When a certain announcement on the radio played, William stood up and came closer to the radio. "Is this..." "This..." He could not process what was playing on the radio very well, but not to the point where he didn't respond to the radio. William came even closer. "What... it?" No matter what, he couldn't remember it, but it seemed to spark a feeling of nostalgia within him. "I have heard it before... What is it?" The caretakers knew the announcement was about ███████████. Y4.17 January 2nd, 2036 William remembered for the very last time. He sit in his room for █ ████, still and not moving. He didn't respond to anyone. He did not leave. Not even his favorite song made him feel any sort of emotion. No matter what. "William, can you hear me?" "Hello?" *But there was no response.*
