IM not sure but there is a player base that pays for servers for people to play. You need to download their client. I forget the website. I used to be a huge cry 1 unpatched player, my entire childhood. I came back and played with old gaming friends i havent seen in 10 years. Im not sure if its still running. Google for more info since sadly i have none. But its very small player pool. probably 20 on a good day and 0 on a bad day.

Only the OG PC version had multiplayer, you can still play it with crymp
