The healing spell that puts a shield on your crystal can be so annoying

Its seems much better to do this solo if you have enough heros built as you can more easily get the 1.6x bonus from full clearing. I have found 420+ crystals to attack with only one person guarding and not even able to completely fill the defenses. It makes for an easy 3x720+ plunder bonus. I've found inviting my guild mates just ruins the multiplier you can get from using different heroes. (Highest multiplier being 1.6x I've seen for using around 28-35 heroes)

how do you turn your shards into actual crystals? I have about 9k shards and idk how to use them
